St. Peter Performing Arts is proud to present "The Wiz" Friday, November 16th, 2007 @ 7pm. Please come out and support the Music Dept. It is a great show for the whole family!!! Tickets are only $3.00 ea.
Based on The Wonderful Wizard Of Oz by L. Frank Baum. The musical is an all black adaptation of the tale we all know by heart. Dorothy is blown by a tornado into munskinland where she meets the Scarecrow, the Tinman, and the Cowardly Lion. They all go off to see the Wizard of Oz, who turns out to be a phoney, but she starts believing and they all live happily ever after.
